A tour of Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is an ideal way to bring classroom lessons to life! Choose a tour from among our many fun and educational topics or have us tailor a program to the interests of your group.
The Preserve is a unique fieldtrip destination because of our focus on native plants and the diversity of habitats found on our 134-acre site. Trails wind through woodlands, meadows, and along a pond and Pidcock Creek, where you'll enjoy seasonal wildflowers and other native plants and wildlife. For a sneak peek of what you might see, check out our promo video.
Groups also enjoy focusing on birds at the Preserve with an outdoor tour and a visit to our Platt Collection and Bird Observatory.
