School Group Tours and Programs

A group tour of Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is an ideal way to bring classroom lessons to life. Tours will be geared to the needs of your class, with an emphasis on the Academic StandardsBody Photo for Environment and Ecology. Some of our popular programs include "Seed Study", "Trees" and "Exploring Wetlands." "Feed the Birds" is always a winner with pre-school and kindergarten groups.

To arrange a group tour, call the Preserve (215) 862-2924 at least two weeks in advance. The months of April, May, September and October fill up fast so make your reservations early!

Tours are given rain or shine, so dress for the weather. BHWP will cancel a tour only in the event of thunderstorm activity.

Fee: $4.00/adult $3.50/child (up to age 18) includes admission fee to the Preserve.
