An individual or family can create an endowed fund that provides
a permanent bond between the donor and Bowman's Hill Wildflower
Preserve. Through an endowed fund, the donor transfers assets
to the Preserve; these assets are carefully managed in perpetuity
to provide annual income. Endowed funds promote scholarship,
learning, and research, and can support the varied activities
of the Preserve, including special traveling exhibitions,
internships, and publications.
