WILD about FLOWERS SPRING GARDEN GALA
New Hope, PA – Join the 5th anniversary celebration of Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve’s Spring Garden Gala Wild about Flowers on Saturday, April 26, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Don your “muck boots and black tie” and get ready for an elegant evening in the woods with spring wildflowers in full bloom.
The Spring Garden Gala will delight garden connoisseurs, conservation/preservation advocates, and nature enthusiasts alike, offering a unique opportunity to experience the Preserve’s unparalleled collection of plants native to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Delaware Valley Region. This fundraising event benefits the Preserve’s conservation and educational programs.
Tickets are $175 per person. Patron tickets are $250 per person; patrons will be acknowledged in the Gala program. The Gala will take place at the Preserve, located on 1635 River Road just south of New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Chairpersons Donna Lacey and Betsy Falconi, the Gala Committee and designer Rusty Thomas, Event Designs, Bucks County, have planned an extraordinary evening. A live and silent auction will feature unusual and rare plants, special vacation getaways, tantalizing dining experiences, private garden tours, original art, and more. David Rago, of Rago Arts and Auction Center, Lambertville, will serve as auctioneer. Uncommon garden statuaries, antiques and plants will be available for purchase.
Guests will experience wildflowers in breathtaking bloom as they walk on the newly renovated Medicinal Trail, through the bluebell vale and to the Visitor Center, where harpist Alison Simpson will play.
Cocktails, appetizers, a raw bar and dinner will be presented by Max Hansen Caterer, Bucks County, with dessert from The Naked Chocolate Café of Philadelphia. Bob Egan and The Jazz Lobsters will play dance music.
