Facility Rentals
Captain James Moore Pavilion
The Moore Pavilion accommodates 80 to 100 people and is a scenic venue for unique wedding ceremonies, family reunions, picnics, group and corporate meetings.
Rental includes use of twelve picnic tables and a wood burning fireplace. Guests are welcome to make other seating arrangements to create their own memorable event.
The Moore Pavilion cannot be reserved on public holidays.
Rental Fee:
Tuesday thru Sunday- $350
Schools & Non-profits (Weekdays Only) - $150

Gazebo in the Woods
A rustic gazebo in a lovely wooded setting is available to rent for small ceremonies. This unique site can accommodate a max of 20 people.
Rental Fee: $175
*Rental fee requires insurance per note below and includes general admission for guests.

Auditorium
Enjoy views of our bird observatory while hosting your meeting or gathering. Conference tables and chairs are provided for up to 60 people.
The Visitor Center remains open to the public between 9-5.
Rental Fee:
Full Day- $150
Half Day- $75
P.M. - $200 (subject to staff availability)

Note: Use of rental facilities is between 9am – sunset daily. Rentals are subject to insurance requirement and State Park Rules and Regulations which prohibit alcoholic beverages.
Evidence of insurance is required for all rentals. This is easily obtained through our insurer for an additional $75 or the applicant’s insurance company (at their rate) via a “Declaration of Insurance”.
** Cancellation Policy- $50 of each reservation is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than one month prior to the reservation date and we are unable to rent the facility there is no refund.
